GICDEALFINDERS app for iPhone and iPad

The GICDEALFINDERS app is designed to help you upload and keep track of vacant, abandoned or for sale by owner (FSBO) properties that you locate during your regular driving around your neighborhood or your city. There are at least 14 million vacant and abandoned homes and commercial properties in the U.S. If we buy any property you located, you can make up to $5,000 in finder’s fee. You can also use it to upload other deals like businesses for sale that you come in contact with where you’ve already spoken to the owner.
